1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inside the Grind ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Athlete Accounts & Monetization
Athletes may earn income through subscriptions paid by fans. By creating an Athlete account:
- You agree that 80% of subscription revenue belongs to you, with 20% retained by Inside the Grind as a platform fee
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on income earned
- You must comply with all NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) regulations applicable in your jurisdiction and your school/league
- You must not post content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
5. Fan Subscriptions
Fan subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments and subscription management are handled directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or deleting the account alone does not automatically cancel an active subscription. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and share on the Service ("User Content"). However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service.
6.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, malware, or viruses
- Impersonates any person or entity
7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via our Account Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
